READ BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:

CAN YOU PROVIDE A PRICE OR ESTIMATE?

Not all garments are created equal! We will need to see the physical garment to examine the construction, fabric and any special treatments. Additionally, depending on your desired fit or complexity of services is a determining factor in our pricing. We provide excellent tailoring and a private fitting experience; We appreciate your consideration of our knowledge and safe study space.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY APPOINTMENT? 

For all types of appointments it is necessary to bring the exact footwear and underwear that you will use with your clothes for a correct and perfect fit of your clothing item. To start any work "Sewing by Liz" requires a 70% deposit or full payment. 

HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT? 

You can manage your appointment through the appointment confirmation email/text. This includes cancellation and rescheduling. You can only do it no later than 6 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling/cancellation less than 24 hours is subject to an $10 dollars fee for all appointments type due to application charges and place taken.

CAN I COME IN EARLY?

Since we're by appointment only - we ask you to arrive at your exact scheduled time/day. We appreciate punctuality but also want to respect the fitting time of the present clients. we have small studio space, so our fittings are a private experience for each client and can also be vulnerable experience for some specialy brides. We appreciate your understanding!

CAN I WALK IN FOR A FITTING?

As of right now, we operate on an appointment only basis. You can always call us before hand and we can do our best to accommodate a last minute visit. .  Keep in mind—  There may be a client appointment after you so your punctuality is  greatly appreciated. We are working on providing walk in services - follow us on Instagram for updates!

DO YOU PROVIDE DROP OFF DELIVERY?

Yes, we provide home or office visits for an additional fee of $65 pick up or drop off. 

SEWING BY LIZ POLICY  To start any work "Sewing by Liz" requires a 70% deposit or full payment. No money is returned once the work is finished. You’ll lose the 70% of deposit if the work has started and you need your clothes back without finishing the full work.
